Recover webhook from Alert mode

Integrators have to first fix the issue on their side (more details related to failure notifications can be found in webhook logs).

Once the issue is resolved, you can send test notifications from the webhook overview.

  • As long as the test notifications fail, the webhook will remain in Alert mode.

  • If the test notification is delivered successfully, the webhook will automatically recover from the Alert mode, become Active , and start processing notifications again.
