Orders
The order details regarding passes are categorised per product.
The scanned status of each ticket can be consulted in the 'Show pass details' section of the order details.
Reselling API
Reselling API v1 and v2 supports obtaining the scanned status of each ticket through the Fetch order information endpoint.
Ticketing widget
Visitor can consult the configured fields in the checkout step and can place order. The fields are configured in the Enviso sales app.
For group offer order, visitor can provide per-visitor information based on number of groups instead of number of visitors.
Direct selling API
In the Direct selling API, the integrator can provide the visitor details as per configured form.
