What's new in Enviso

A new barcode pattern, Hex, is available during the metadata configuration step for products. When selected, the Hex barcode is generated as the pass ID, allowing visitors to use the same barcode for venue entry and locker access.

You can filter passes by the visit period in the pass overview. By default, the visit start and end dates are set within a 90-day range, and you can adjust the filter within that range.

You can configure different discount types (fixed amount (€) or percentage (%)) for individual products within the same promotion rule. A product-level discount overrides the default discount configured for the offer.

for example If an Offer has a 10% discount, you can configure a €5 discount for the Adult ticket and a 20% discount for the Child ticket. The configured product-level discounts will override the 10% offer-level discount.

Direct channel product templates can now be cloned to indirect channel templates and vice versa.

You can configure the product image field for direct channel product templates.

You can delete draft product and email templates, as well as published templates that are not linked to a product or offer and are not set as default.

You can now link products to indirect channel responsive product templates.

A new field order summary is added in the email templates , it include details like ticket quantity , ticket price , discount , VAT etc.

Custom translations added in widget configurations are applied directly to the ticketing widget.

Vouchers with a maximum redeemable quantity defined can be redeemed through the ticketing widget.

When buying memberships, visitors will be prompted to log in or continue as guest according to the Membership offer details > Basket > Account required setting configured in the offer.

Added a new property ReservedAt to various reservation collections in a Get basket endpoint. This allows integrators to sort reservations by their creation date and time in a full basket containing different reservation types.
