What's next in Enviso

Enviso will soon support pay by invoice, allowing eligible customers especially schools, groups, or companies to make payments at a later date. You can configure this payment option at the offer level and define which customers are eligible to use it. Eligible customers will then see Pay by invoice as a payment option in the payment widget.

Soon it will be possible to configure POS settings in the Enviso back office for the new sales flow. The POS configuration will define how each POS operates, including which onsite sales point it serves, whether tickets are printed, and which payment methods cashiers can accept.

It will also include user management, allowing you to manage venue POS users directly in Enviso.

Enviso will soon support payment tokenization in Vintia Pay, enabling tokens to be used across different applications.

During the initial payment, visitors will authenticate themselves using a payment method, such as a credit or debit card. A token will then be generated and used for subsequent payments, allowing transactions to be processed without requiring further interaction from the visitor, where supported.

Enviso will introduce several enhancements to membership management, giving venue users more flexibility in configuring membership validity, managing existing memberships, and handling renewals.

Configure membership validity

You will be able to configure membership validity directly at the product level and apply these settings during the sales process. Access group information will also be stored in the product details.

Manage existing memberships

It will be possible to deactivate memberships and reactivate them later, as well as edit the start and end dates of existing memberships, without creating a new sale.

Renew memberships

In an upcoming release, you will be able to renew memberships created and sold through Enviso, as well as memberships previously sold through third-party ticketing systems.

Soon, you will be able to select which offers and offer categories are associated with a direct channel sales point, instead of automatically adding all active offers. Bulk actions such as Select All and Deselect All will make managing large offer collections easier.

In an upcoming release, Enviso will support the sale of Gift aid products directly through the platform. Venue users will be able to create and manage Gift aid offers, making it easier to offer Gift Aid options as part of the sales process.
