Gift Aid
We're bringing Gift Aid support to Enviso so UK-based venues can offer this to their visitors directly during the purchase flow. Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that lets venues claim an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 a visitor pays — at no extra cost to the visitor.
Gift Aid on the full ticket amount — Visitors can opt in to Gift Aid during checkout and donate the full ticket price for a Gift Aid claim
This will be available across your online shop, the Ticketing Widget, and our DS API.
Loyalty integrations
We’re making it easier for visitors to use their rewards. Enviso will soon support programs like Intersolve (Rotterdampas, Amsterdampas) and UiTPAS. Visitors can redeem discounts during checkout or even use their loyalty gift cards as a payment method.
Promotions
We're adding more flexibility to how you configure promotions in Enviso:
Mix different discount types in one promotion - You'll be able to combine different discount types per product within the same promotion and promo code. For example, offer 10% off on Adult tickets and €3 off on Student tickets — all under one promotion code.
Daily usage limits on promo codes - In addition to the total usage limit, you'll be able to set a per-day cap on how many times a code can be redeemed. For example, a code can be used 1000 times in total, but only 50 times per day. Once the daily limit is reached, the code stops working for the rest of the day and resets the next morning.
Price rules for membership offers
You'll be able to set up dedicated price rules for membership products across both direct sales (venues) and indirect sales (resellers), giving you full control over dynamic pricing across all your sales points.
Responsive ticket layouts for resellers
Venues can create the ticket template in standard or responsive format for resellers which they will be able to use for multiple ticket layouts in HTML format. It is possible to design different layouts for different product types such as entrance tickets or parking tickets and assign the right layout to each product.
