Gift Aid
We're bringing Gift Aid support to Enviso so UK-based venues can offer this to their visitors directly during the purchase flow. Gift Aid is a UK government scheme that lets venues claim an extra 25p from HMRC for every £1 a visitor pays at no extra cost to the visitor.
Gift Aid on the full ticket amount - Visitors can opt in to Gift Aid during checkout and donate the full ticket price for a Gift Aid claim.
This will be available across your online shop, the Ticketing Widget, and our DS API.
Booking fee on orders
We're adding the ability for venues to configure and apply a booking fee at order level.
You'll be able to create a dedicated fee as a product type, set the fee amount, and exclude offers to which the booking fee is not applicable.
The booking fee will be visible in order details, included in order confirmation emails, and synced to RCX via the sales API for reporting.
Link offers with direct channel sales points
You’ll soon be able to choose which offers to link to your direct channel sales point. When a sales point is created, no offers are linked automatically. You’ll then be able to select and link only the specific offers you want to sell through the sales point.
